**Completed design is a finished design that does not have movable/editable images. 

**If photos on solid shirt does not show a white background, it will not have a white background.

**Due to high demand, CUSTOM IMAGES TAKE 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE. Some images take longer due to difficulty of image. 

**WE DO NOT have access to messages on weekends and holidays!!

====WARNING====

**Silhouette and Cricut DOES NOT like large files, so there are two size files included (LG & SM), use the (SM) file with Silhouette.  

If the design shows a distressed edge, Silhouette or Cricut will try to make 100's of small cuts around the distressed edges!!!!

Silhouette and Cricut will print the design without issue. 

DTF and Sublimation use large files.

A custom design can be a variety of designs, such as Creating or editing designs for your specific needs.

**Make sure you have the correct software required to use the graphics, as well as, the knowledge to use this graphic before making your purchase.

You are purchasing a single completed DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ONLY no physical item will be shipped. 

You will receive 3 files per design, (LG and SM), due to some computers can not use the large files. 

Completed design is a finished design that does not have movable/editable images.

This is an instant download that will not have watermarks. 

LG PNG's are 300 dpi with transparent backgrounds.

SM PNG's are 100 dpi with transparent backgrounds.

Please make sure you have the software required and knowledge to use this graphic before making your purchase.

In order to print, you must have a printer.

Colors may vary slightly due to different printers and printer inks.

What is a Digital File Download? 

-An electronic file link that is received over the internet or email. 

What happens after you pay for listed design?

-You will receive an message for an instant download. It will be at least 3 files, 2 .PNGS (LG/SM) and 1 .txt (Terms of use). 

If you do not receive the download link through email, you can go back to your purchase history and it will give you a download link. 

What happens after you pay for a custom design?

-Send your SCHOOL NAME, STATE, MASCOT, COLORS and a photo of your school mascot, in an ETSY message. (This is so I can use your school mascot for the designs.) 

-Due to High demand and custom artwork of each design, it can take 7-14 business days, no weekends or holidays,  to complete, depending on how complex the design is.

-You will then receive a message with a link to the digital  files.  They are very large files, they can not be emailed. 

SVG can be used with: Cricut Design Space, and Silhouette Designer Edition, Make the Cut (MTC), Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL), and Brother Scan and Cut “Canvas” software.

DXF can be used with: Silhouette Basic Edition.

EPS can be used with: CorelDraw, Inkscape, and Adobe Illustrator

PNG is a photo file with a transparent background

The following TERMS OF USE will apply to all designs and Intellectual Property created by Country Sass WV. 

If the Terms of Use is violated, Country Sass WV has the right to to exercise Intellectual Property and Copyright laws.

You are NOT allowed to:

- Share, sell or distribute the digital/physical file in part or in whole in any way.

- Sub-license, resell or rent it the design.

- Alter a design and claim it as your own.

- Redistribute it on another website.

- Print for resale of design alone to other people/business (ex. screen print, sublimation, DTF, etc..)

You are allowed to:

- Print for sublimation of your own handmade items. Not sell the image to other people/business

- Print for vinyl of your own handmade items. Not sell the image to other people/business

- Print for DTF of your own handmade items. Not sell the image to other people/business

- Sell handmade products with the design on it. (Clothing, textiles, etc...)
