APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR DTF TRANSFERS
1. Your heat press should be at medium to firm pressure.
2. For cotton and 50/50 blends 320-350F degrees, for synthetic or polyester fabrics 280-300F degrees.
3. Prepress your fabric for 2 to 3 seconds.
4. Press transfer to fabric for 15 seconds.
5. Peel DTF film while COLD!
6. Press again for 10 seconds
* Heat press time, pressure and degrees may vary by machine; these instructions are a guide only
*Add a protective sheet on top of DTF film, just in case any residual powder is left on film.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS
ITEMS YOU WILL NEED
• Fabric garment or sublimation blanks.
· White or light color polyester
· 50% polyester or higher works best
• Heat Press
• Parchment paper or a Teflon Sheet
• Sublimation Transfer
TRANSFERRING YOUR IMAGE
HEAT PRESS
1) Preheat press to 400º F.
2) Press garment for 5 seconds to release moisture and remove wrinkles.
3) Place your printed image face down.
4) Use heat transfer tape to secure the paper on to the blank (optional)
5) Place Teflon or Parchment paper sheet on top of the sublimation paper.
6) For fabric sublimations press at 400º for 45-60 seconds at medium pressure, (time depending on your fabric and heat press, preferably 60 seconds)
7) When the time is finished open the press and quickly remove the transfer.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
• Turn the garment inside out.
• Wash in COLD water.
• Use a mild detergent for best results.
